Many dont know this but there was a 707 crash. Ut happend out the coast of Victor Australia . The 707 does daily tricks as practise. Every day the 707 takes off and climbs they fly over the ocean and shutt of there engines so they free fall and going noise first starts up the engines but this time it didnt the pilot didnt pull up in time and they crashed . My dad was a navy diver then and had to clean up the crash to find the black box that isnt black so they can find it better

For those who don’t know, United Airlines Flight 173 was a tragic incident that occurred on December 28, 1978. The flight was a McDonnell Douglas DC-8 flying from Denver, Colorado, to Portland, Oregon. During the approach to Portland International Airport, the crew became preoccupied with an issue related to landing gear extension and did not closely monitor the fuel levels.
As a result, the aircraft ran out of fuel and lost power to its engines, leading to a crash landing in a suburban area of Portland. The impact resulted in the deaths of 10 passengers, while the majority of the passengers and crew survived with injuries.
The accident prompted changes in crew resource management (CRM) training within the aviation industry, emphasizing the importance of effective communication and decision-making among flight crews. The lessons learned from Flight 173 have contributed to improved safety protocols in commercial aviation.
