I get the differentiation between an egotist and an and an egoist . an ego is necessary for functioning as a center of attraction in the universe . Life will conform to expectation of it because of the nature of the universal subjective mind. So if you think of yourself as just this puny little worm of the Dust and you try to do away with your ego because you think that's the moral thing to do you are weakening yourself. And you are weakening your chance of surviving the body. It is that structure your sense of self and individuality that will survive. Without that strong structure you will be reabsorbed. That's why to me most spiritual systems are suspect. No great human being in history that ever achieved anything ever saw themselves as a worm of the Dust. It's only the abrahamic religions that promote that and the subverted Hindu doctrines.

What we are is a self/ego.
Period.
People that claim they donât exist or have an ego, do in fact have history and a past. Even though they say thatâs just this appearing as that. An unnecessary as semantic of the present unfolding moment, which has its basis rooted in the trailing off past.
Yes you can get into a mindless flow state once you establish processes. Like a fedex driver on his route, at first they struggle until they know the area with little to no effort. The fedex ego naturally flows into the easy going ego on his route. This is so obvious. Unless you want to evoke spooky knowledge while wearing robes.
You are an ego, you need your ego, and to achieve no action you need action. Like the FedEx driver.
People like mooji that say you arenât a person nor are you personalâŚwhile ultimately saying âYou donât existâ are actually saying you donât exist so sit here and worship me as a diety the embodied Shiva. Seems pretty egotistical to me.
