do you have an option for macbook users? I tried setting up a new meeting and the steps no luck. I have both files.

this is applicable when you receive this type of error because the second file is missing (*****02.zoom). typically, every zoom recording will have 2 files stored in the folder, named file "***01" and "***02".
so here is what I do
1. create new meeting with your self only, and then start recording. after few second stop recording, but don't "end" the meeting.
2. open setting menu to know where the recording file is located
3. copy the second file "***02" to the recording folder you want to convert.
4. click the first file "***01", and then "convert anyway"
5. you should see the converting process is starting. and then the recording file is ready to play.

Kalau diconvert anyway tampilan gambarnya jadi mengikuti record yang kedua ya kak? Supaya tampilan sharescreen dari record yang pertama bisa terlihat gimana caranya ya kak?
