That's old news to me my mom used to do that for us when I was a kid. No air fryer of course just in an old cast iron skillet. I'm almost 70.

Potatoes, eggs, and hotdogs were one of my favorite breakfasts as a child. Mom would cut up the leftover boiled potatoes from dinner, crack a few eggs over them, throw in hotdog chunks, and fry them up. Yummy

Please put mine on a sandwich with a fried egg, tomato slices and some mayo. It's gotta taste as good as a fried egg and fried bologna sandwich.
