This is soo true. strangely enough I came to the same conclusion myself just today!! weird coincidence....I have been angry inside for ages with somebody who has been causing unnecessary hassle in the family....I have a busy life...but today i took a day out ti meditate on the beach...i felt much calmer afterwards & noticed a sense of compassion towards the individual & a desire to resolve things...thanks. love your channel.

Good message. It's definitely hard to start. I started with 2 minutes. I had random itches even in my body that were unbearable.😂😂😂😂 I laugh. 2 minutes, but if I couldn't make it for that time I reminded myself to be easy and try again
