Shinxon was a Picard clone.. I always wanted/hoped for a STAR TREK movie uniting the TNG doubles as the adversaries/ villains.
Bringing back Shinzon , Lore ( Datas twin ) and Tom Riker ( Will Rikers duplicate who later joined the Marquis). Interesting concept.

Nemesis is probably one of the most underrated Star Trek movies. Sure it has a lot of issues and it’s a bit of a mess, but I think that there was a lot of good stuff in it ( Shinzon in particular is a great villain. He is the classic type of Star Trek villain, the one that, while not exactly a good character, represents a question that binds the hero in chains)
