Certain Amish usually do not use English medical intervention, not even for labor/delivery. This is actually well-known. Yrs ago, viewed video w/ 1 Amish woman taking on the role to remove rotten teeth of community members, as they don't follow typical dental care of Americans. Amish communities truly are strong, sustainable ones. So, as long as women/babies remain safe during process, as they have for hundreds of years, then what changed? Thinking only thing that did is an attempt for a money grab from the township.
