cmon guys, we've retrieved LOTS and LOTS of images of the original building including the original blueprint and we have to give something back to Robert; I don't know how much time we've got, but obviously Robert is BEGGING for help to fix the building. I've also heard if we reach that goal, they will host Backrooms Days where they recreate what was once there with detachable walls, carpets, etc which means we could experience what was once there (should've put that there Broogli).
