7800xt is a slight price drop on the 6800xt which is 3 years old. Imo both tbe 7800xt and 4070 should be $400

The only unfortunate thing is that it's basically only 3% faster than the 6800xt which was last gen and cheaper right now.

Keep in mind that power consumption also is a thing so the 4070 will come out cheaper after a 3-4year use. Both amd and nvidea aren't delivering on the price

I love your videos man. I'm team green all day. But that 7900 xtx is looking really good for my set up. I stream and game all on one pc , 1440p 32 in monitor. I want a 3090ti r that 7900 xtx. The 4000 seris is Def to much to justify, since I can pick up a 2nd hand 3090 ti around me for 650 to 700$ and the vram bests the 4070ti. B9th cars preform about the same, 4070 had a smaller memory bus, and uses less power also. The 3090 ti just had 24 gb of vram.

I'm pretty happy with my Nvidia 3600 FTW3. $250 or something like that I paid on ebay. Cool and quite with RGB strip. What I don't like about hes eare they are the size of bricks. It's really a PITA to sinallt hem and the supporting bracket. Forget taking them out to put in an NVME drive.
Get all the Nvme drives in you want before you installt hem that's all I got to say. I went with SATA 3.0 drives and do all my drive intensive work off a pure RAM disk which is faster than nvme

all it shows is amd can put a lower price on something that outperform the 4070, but it can also means nvidia just call high prices as it have most of the market share. both business know exactly what they are doing and tha tis keep us buying , i'm sure nvidia can make a card that would last the next 10years and be on top but they wont cause that will be a lost of constant money. Amd know wha tthey are doing cause they know they cant meet the likes of dlsss and the other tech that nividia has so they have to make the card cheaper. now the question is does anyone really know the price to make a gpu and if so how many gpu has to be made to cover the cost to sell it at a price where it covers itself and brinf in profit. must remember these companies state their tech gets better each year.

IDK i never really looked at AMD before, and now im running the 6800XT and i love it and have been really impressed with its performance, I used to have Nvidia and well your right 40 series SUCKS!!! Price to performance Nvidia is just terrible. I am shocked that so many people blindly keep paying for Nvidia... it took a truly awful series to make me switch to AMD, i wonder when the rest of Nvidia's cult following will wake up as well... I mean how many slaps in the face does one need before you stop being a cult fan boy? Lmao saying all this i am excited for what Intel might have in coming years. And come on EVGA make cards again. I can only imagine EVGA making cards for team red or blue.

RX 7800 XT and RX 6800 XT are quite similar in price and same at performance
However the 6800 xt has more raytraicing cores , cores , chader units and so on meanwhile the rx 7800 xt only usses lesser power (this is it's advantage , same performance on lesser power ussage than 6800 xt)
However , i would recomand to buy rx 6800 xt even if is a bit older and uses more electricity
Because during the time AMD comunity made custom drivers for older midels of cards and i belive an rx 6800 xt with curstom drivers can defeat the 7800 xt in the future
