Whenever u overthink, just say loudly "stop". We feel helpless because we forgot the almighty so atfrst surrender yourself in front of him and build a connection „talk to him like a friend „oes he loves us the most. He is very close to us,as close as our jugular vein in neck..So my friend u r not alone,we r all in this and its life, so its normal.Nothing will go as per your choice .Almighty is looking at everything and making a way out for u..Trust him and his timing 😊

Didi Sach mein meditation works a lot for me last Sunday I went to the doctor due to my headache which was due to hypertension and my b.p. rose to 157/90 at the age of 21 because I overthink a lot and am stressed due to NEET. From then I started meditation 'vipassana wala' regularly for 7 days now my b.p. become normal, now I feel clearer and calm. Thank you😮
