What makes this game feel alive is the sounds. That's why Assetto Corsa is different then all the other car games. I feel like games like fh5 focus to much on graphics when really it's the sounds and car realism that makes a car game fun.

Honestly, VR is SOOOOO worth it for sim racing!
The main thing (ok pop-up headlights are the main thing. Let's say the second main thing) is that you're able to see depth. I can't stress how much of a difference that makes to immersiveness enough! There's a reason every living thing with eyes has at least two, for stereoscopic vision! It's so cool.

Getting a VR and a wheel to play Assetto Corsa was one of the best decision I've ever made. Nothing compares to that when it comes to immersion !!
