I would absolutely love a Howa 1500SA in MDT. I don't have long range, but only like drop comp. Fun. I bought a Savage B22WMR precision lite in MDT from factory. It has truly worked out great. Upgrades MDT: SCS-LITE butt stock, wood MDT grip, GRND-POD and Vector Optics 4-16Γ44 FFPπ . I have been trying ammo. The charts show Remington premiere 33gr BC: .137-.14, CCI Gamepoint 40gr BC: .133, CCI TMJ 40gr BC: .127. I have been braking in the barrel while playing with those three high BC options. I think I'll get a barrel tuner and go with the two CCI being same weight, close BC , same copper, primer, and powder. So far I put everything in my BC app. Zero@100, zero @30, 1/2 mil under 50-75, 1/2 mill over @ 125, and 1 mill @ 150. I can hold and acquire, then turn around and dial hold on target, engage. I was so vary intrigued with your WMR crimping video. I really wanna go down that road. The game point group one nice MOA @100. Consistent. Now the Remington premiere put four shots in two small hole 2in 1 , 2 in 1, then 1 in between. So not as consistent, but! If the barrel tuner will put the both 2 in 1 together with the 1 in between , that would then become 1 just off center. Ohh that would be a real laser. I'll let you know the tuner results. It will be some time
