I'm sorry, but did they want a product you cooked up by hand without any certifications, training, degrees, or like any other form of regulating the product?
Literally all influencers and such do not sit there mixing the formula by themselves. They are made by factories and then edited to the artist's liking or vision. And packing is the same. I feel like people make you explain yourself way too much
