I have a problem with my gel top coat on my dip powder nails starting to chip after a week or so. The dip powder itself will be fine, but the gel top coat will start chipping away at the edges and travel up the nail. Would this help keep my gel top coat stay intact longer on my dip powder?

I dont have this problem but i am struggling with keeping my cuticles pretty in bn manis. I usually go 2-3 weeks before i file off and do another set. And my cuticles look crusty by about day 3-4 after a new mani. I apply cuticle oil. But how often? Or is there something else i should be doing?
