I always found it funny that lyrics mostly sound like gibberish and don’t have much meaning, UNTIL the “forsaken” part that they pulled from the Bible. It’s the absolute peak of the song and you can tell it reaches the heart of those who feel abandoned. With the context of the original writing it’s Spine chilling!
