You are right these redpill dudes are off it. They’re giving a lot of guys horrible advice. My wife is conservative, she beautiful im the only guy she’s ever been with. She also made a lot more money than me for a long time, years. She defers to me in some cases but she is my equal and would never put up with the BS they preach. She’s exactly what any guy would want. But the shit they say is a recipe for being alone forever no good girl I know would tolerate that for long doesn’t matter how built you are or how much money you make. You gonna be alone.

He didn't say not to have a career. He's saying:
1) men aren't attracted to women for their careers and
2) be very aware of the (female) biological clock which can conflict with career building.

Lol It so tire, I occasionally listen to their podcast… Some of the things they say I agree with also I know there’s some men in red pill space typically say that they want someone that’s working… But then they don’t want her to work because she’s become masculine which makes no sense
