Iâm a sucker for salty snacks and these satisfy the cravings without the bloat you might get from highly processed foods and by providing you with extra protein and fiber!! đ¤Żđ RECIPE for 9 servings (270g chips) Ingredients: To make the tortilla wraps from scratch: 1 1/4 cups (150g) almond flour 3/4 cup (100g) all-purpose-flour 1 cup (250g) non-fat greek yogurt pinch of salt 2 tbsps olive oil for the seasoning blend: 2 tsps Trader Joeâs Ranch Seasoning Blend 1/2 tsp sea salt 3 tbsps nutritional yeast Mix all ingredients for the tortilla wraps together. Knead the dough into an even ball. divide into 5 equal portions and knead them into balls again. Roll them out as thinly as possible on a floured surface. (The thinner you make them the crispier the chips get) Roast them one by one in a hot pan. Turn them over when bubbles form. Theyâre ready when theyâre lightly golden brown. Cut the tortilla wraps into triangles. Grease them on both side with olive oil using a brush. Take a ziplock bag and add all your seasonings in. Add your greased chips to the ziplock bag, zip it, and give the bag a good shake. Now spread the chips onto a baking tray and bake them in the oven at 320°F/ 160°C for 10-15 minutes until slightly golden brown. Let them cool down completely (they get crispier while cooling). Store in an airtight container or enjoy directly!
