Did you notice the oven? First off, it's spotless. The only time I've seen an oven that clean is when it's brand new. Kevin must be Superman making all these videos plus clean -up duty in the kitchen. Second, notice the oven door is hinged left when he puts the cookies in, but then opens hinged right when he takes them out. How does that happen? (Note to self, I clearly have too much idle time on my hands 😮). Anyway, nice job Kevin, thanks for what you do

To my knowledge, if you want your cookies light and soft do yourself a favor and whip up the butter and sugar really good. Not necessarily until it’s super extra fluffy, cause that can make the cookies too airy and then not spread properly, but until they start to turn a few shades lighter. It really improves the texture in my experience
