Absolutely! I had weak ass arms until 6 months ago. Couldn't do even 1 pure form pushup. Had to bite the bullet and start with knee pushups, kept doing knee pushups for probably 1-2 months and then I slowly transitioned to normal and diamond pushups. I can do 17 in a row now. Guys, trust yourself and the process, improvement is the best feeling in the world.
PS: I have not been the most consistent gym goer and I went to the gym after 2 months yesterday, hence if you are more disciplined and consistent than me, you could achieve much better results (and I hope so)
Good luck!

I remember a time when i wasnt able to do 1 single pushup. I started by doing knee pushups. Did the for a while and I was finally able to do 1 single pushup. I kept on doing them, downloaded a home workout app, slowly did 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 pushups, over 6 months. Joined gym, worked out for 2 years and now i can do 30 pushups with perfect form. Never give up!

Yes. No shame to knee push ups for starters and then work your way up to normal push ups!
