How to avoid being offloaded: Assert your rights. You have liberty of abode or freedom of travel in the constitutional bill of rights. Pagka walang hold departure order, warrant of arrest at grounds for warrantless arrest laban sayo, hindi ka pwede i offload ng mga IO natin basta kumpleto ang travel documents mo (passport, required visa, plane ticket), ganun lang kasimple. Kung inoffload ka, kasuhan mo yung IO na nag offload sayo.
Bawal din nila gamitin yung phone mo at tignan yung bank statements mo.

yes that's very good I experience also when I went in Hong Kong with tourist visa and I have Aunt and the immigration officer ask that question and I answer I want to meet mickey mouse in Disneyland and approved no more questions

A friend's mom got deported for saying such with a follow up question by the immigration officer do you get paid to care for your grands ? . E Siyempre magsisinungaling ba yung matanda? The response cost her 5 years before setting foot back to the States. Malaki na yung apo at nasayang yung mga importanteng taon dahil sa simpleng tanong which was actually a trap.

Korek. Pero kasi obvious naman yung nag abroad on a tourist visa pero ang pakay ay magtrabaho....... I am not an immigration officer but I can tell... Nung nagpunta ako ng Dubai......I didn't have a problem pero yung iba grabe ! Ang daming hiningan ng pera ...tiba tiba yung immigrations officers.... Ni ayaw tumanggao ng peso, gusto USD......kapal di ba..... No wonder ang baba ng tingin sa Filipino sa ibang bansa..... It's a good thing I don't look Filipino kasi discrimination is very evident pag alam nilang Filipino ka.
