I did traffic control at this convention a long while back. I remember they were talking about all the casualties in the middle east that were children out front as part of the protest.
And to summarise yes the security was really bad at this event. Most of us were just bottle shop or bar guards plucked from our usual setting as priority to give this event the number of guards they needed. It's probably why this dude made into the arms convention.

If that officer, who shoved him away at the end, gets that frustrated over what is clearly a harmless prank, imagine how he might conduct himself in a more serious situation with less eyes upon him.
