Pros :
• Care for one patient at a time
• Four days a week with flexible hours
• No Holidays and 1-2 weekend shifts every four months
Cons:
• Advanced procedures can get confusing and intimidating (depending on the doctor )
• 15 min turnover time in between cases - which is simply not enough time
• Advanced cases can run over its allotted time and go anywhere for 2-6 hrs.
Overall , it’s not bad. Hopefully they train me for bronchoscopy next 🤞🏾
