The driver was Melissa Freake (a single mother of 5) and the passenger was her 15 year old daughter (her oldest child). This happened in 2021. She was angry after the man in the other vehicle approached her because she wasnât wearing a face mask at a convenience store. She said she had a heart condition and couldnât wear one.
They both live in the same neighborhood.
Mom says she and her daughter both had mental health issues and she has PTSD. She wanted the video taken down because her âfamily has received unkind messages and has remained under immense scrutinyâ.
Initially police spoke with both people involved and did not pursue anything.
Then the video was presented to them.
She was then charged with careless driving. I think the police must be blind.

A friend of mine at a gas station went in I think to pay for her gas. Anyway when returning a 16 yr old was angry being held up and kept from moving. My friend told girl she was on her way to leave, 16 yr old pulled out and intentionally ran my friend down. She has children to care for, works, and needs serious surgery later in Nov. She has torn ACL, broken femur, some bones in back broken. 16 yr old was arrested but had to be let out that evening due to age. 16 yo intentionally ran her over, many witnesses, should have to stay in jail for at least 30 days before bail. Then throw the book at her. I am sure the parents are proud of their over entitled SELFISH BRAT !!!
