I have mentioned below the Ingredients and Procedure to make this yummy, quick and easy Veg Cheese Sandwich 🥪.
Ingredients:
1. Cheese Slice
2. Preferred chopped Veggies, I have used Tomatoes, capsicum and onion
3. Red Chilli Powder and Salt. You can use Chilli flakes in place of red chilli powder.
4. Butter/Ghee
5. Mayonnaise
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, add chopped onion, tomatoes and capsicum.
2. Add 2-3 tablespoons of Mayonnaise.
3. Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix all the ingredients well.
4. Take a slice of bread and spread the prepared mixture evenly.
5. Add Cheese Slice to it. Cover with another slice of bread.
6. Take a pan, add butter/ghee to it.
7. Let it cook until the bread is golden and crispy.
8. Serve with tomato sauce.
