I was taught that a dirty condenser will reduce subcooling. The reason head pressure is rising is due to less heat transfer because of air restriction through the coil. This does create a greater TD, but the cooler ambient air is still restricted from moving across the coil.

Dirty evap causes little to no superheat because of no heat exchange.

If the condenser is dirty hindering heat exchange and hindering its ability to cool down the discharge gases into a liquid, would that not result in low Subcooling?
