I'm overjoyed to share yet another case that has been successfully resolved.
This case was highlighted on our YouTube channel on May 5, 2021, and the details of the case were shared with the regulatory authorities.
Following this, the concerned insurance company conducted an internal investigation and, based on the findings, decided to cancel the mis-sold policy and agreed to refund Rabindra Sir's premiums as a gesture of goodwill.
We would like to express our gratitude to the management teams at Max Life Insurance and Yes Bank for their thoughtfulness, as the approval email was received on May 20, 2021, and the refund was credited to Rabindra Ji's account yesterday, on May 27, 2021.
We'd also like to express our gratitude to the regulating bodies, namely the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India and the Reserve Bank of India, for their support.
