That is the exact reason why I genuinely started focusing on how to express myself clearly and how to argue with someone. It's seriously funny. There is a dating coach on Youtube, forgot his name, but he is a genius- not that "hurr durr women need to be wooed by alpha males" kinda dude but he plays out scenarios where you catch yourself going "Hold on that's exactly what happened when I argued with that person" and he shows you how to communicate better.
I've had my first argument since then and his advice worked! Within 30 minutes we were out smoking in the back and she was pouring her heart out to me how stressed she is rn and how much life sucks.
It's good when you finally start to figure shit out and can sympathize with people around you.
