Directions:
Preheat Smoker or grill to 325F
1. Dry Wings completely
2. Spray with cooking spray or drizzle with a little oil
3. Coat in rub
4. Put wings on cooling/cooking racks and put on smoker.
5. Smoke for 1 Hour the add BBQ sauce
6 Smoke for another 20 min or until wings reach 180-185F internal temp
