I already have my plans engineered and in review with my city. Just noticed that my architect set my plans to use 3/4" apa sheething. Can I upgrade at this point in my process? Would the doors, windows, ect be okay for fitment? I used your 2bed 2bath plan with some modifications.

Sounds nice. Have ever seen an option for composite subfloor? I'm currently replacing some of my floor because my door leaked. I can see a composite material would be beneficial under doors and windows to prevent rot. It seems there's always some leaking in the far future.
