Its true. I can see the difference in bank staff of India and other first world countries. I worked in India and currently outside. There are no sales target and such unprofessional customer approach. Customers are not allowed to misbehave and given proper service. This should be followed by Indian banks as well

So true. For KYC, they send threatening emails to freeze your account if you do not do it by a certain date. Then they force you to use Aadhar for KYC much against SC order on Aadhar. For KYC they treat you as if you a thief and for FD/MF they behave like a leech. They promised lower brokerage for opening a demat a/c and then refused to give lower brokerage
