Try rotating through mid next time, especially if you're making noise as you rotate. Slowly clear out mid and then either run through sewers and leave a lurker or go through vents to deny early defender rotations for a basically free site. Without mid, defenders can reach A before you and get the upper hand. Another option would have been to cut noise or fake a rotation then re-hit B. Running to rotate while in earshot of defenders through a longer path than the defenders is a common but easily avoidable mistake
