💥 CHALLENGE:
Diet culture tells us that we must know exactly what and how many calories were eating, and what exercises we’re doing in advance so that we can control our body.

💖 VALUES: Trust, values, alignment
If we don’t define our own values, we adopt die culture and society’s values by default. But this is often out of alignment with our true selves, which causes confusion and anxiety.

When we live in alignment with our values, we will know the right action to take to heal and feel fulfilled within ourselves.

🤸🏻‍♀️ACTION:
Define 1-3 values that you would like to work on embodying for 2025. Choose from the values from the 14 day New Year Same Me challenge or discover your own.
