Amen. This is almost exactly how I would make it for myself, and I am a connoisseur. Iβd add a splash of ranch or hummus to bring it all together and go a just a little heavier on the bell peppers. Also: I want to see a hummus with heavy zatar or cardamom (really piney-flavored) and some balsamic glaze on super crusty, chunky bread.
