When i was learning to do counted cross stitch i realized that i hated doing the backstitch (basically the outlining usually in black) The way my mom did it, and taught me to do it was to do the entire picture and tthen go back and do the backstitching. To me, that was torture 😢 and i would get to that point and just quit because it overwhelmed me with too much yuk at once. I figured out that if i did it as i went along it was just small doeses of it so when i finished the picture at the most i only had a small amount of backstitching to do😊 I finished many more projects from then on. Have you tried weaving your ends in as you go along, like do each square as you finish it? Just a thought to maybe help 😊 Loving your tiny quilts! I had never seen any crochet smaller than the doilies my grandma used to make. I dont think my eyes could handle it but i might give it a try anyway. You have me intrigu
