I’m not sure why but I’ve been too harsh on myself lately and undermining all of the things that I’ve done. It’s always challenging to balance being happy with where you’re at and making sure you don’t stay complacent. 🧠

Everyday I try to push myself and get better but some days it’s harder to do so. I’m slowly learning that on days like those, it’s okay to just relax and recover. 😪

Rather than seeing breaks as “steps back”, I’m seeing it as if I’m an arrow being pulled back and getting ready to launch forward. 🏹
