Instant ramen recipe, you're gonna love this one!
Looking for a way to ramp up your ramen? In today's recipe I cooked the noodles as usual, except I added 4 or 5 good shakes of blackened seasoning to the water so the noodles can soak up the blackened seasoning flavor. While the noodles were cooking, open up a can of your favorite brand of tuna. Put some olive oil in a pan. Get the pan really hot so you can sear the tuna. Sprinkle tuna with the blackened seasoning. Once you have a good sear on the tuna it's ready. Put your ramen noodles in a bowl and place the seared tuna on top. Add dried parsley, scallions, or whatever herb you might like on top to taste.
1 pack of ramen, substitute flavor packet for blackened seasoning
1 can of tuna, seared in olive oil and blackened seasoning
top with parsley or other herbs (optional)
