Last week of proper training done before log comp next week and it feels good to end it off on a new 3RM.
Log is so fickle that you really have to rely on a perfect storm to hit what you’re truly capable of. Next week maybe 145 if I’m feeling very very good, if I feel off I might miss 130 😂
The change in environment means outside of your normal set up things can go wrong fast. But I’m hopeful!
