My brain works exactly like that, if I donât see it then it really doesnât exist. You did such a great job, she must feel so much better now! Maybe try open shelves on the walls in the new room with clear acrylic buckets/bins with labels? I personally have ADD so I have some tricks haha

I love that you change how you organize depending on your childâs needs âĽď¸ my son & daughter are only 4 & 2 so I am already noticing how different they are when it comes to their things!! I am wondering if itâs typical between boys & girls! I only had sisters or played with boys growing up, boys are new for me!

I like your videos. If shes old enough to have a individual way to organize, she is old enough to organize and clean her own room, of corse with help. Kids do have a profound need for doing things themselves and even teaching others what they can do

Has she been evaluated for ADHD? The not seeing it, it stops existing is very common for people with ADHD. It also often manifests quite differently for girls, and some teachers and health providers aren't up to date with more frequent symptoms for girls.

Love that you got rid of the two drawers. I have a 10 drawer rolling cart that I'm considering getting rid of because it's not sturdy enough for keeping paper which is what I had in it, not big enough for the majority of items I'd want to put. If anyone knows what those are meant to be used for let me know đ
