Hi friends, mujhe childhood se hi constipation ki problem thi. Pet saaf nhi hota tha, toilet me natural pressure nhi milta tha, hard stool bn jata tha, gas BN jata tha, pet fool jata tha. Samajh me hi nhi aata tha ki kya ho raha hai.
Maine Kai doctors ko dikhaya. Sabne mil k loota. Phle dher saari test krte phir dher saari medicines dete. But permanent treatment nhi mila.
Maine you tube me kafi videos dekhe to mujhe PTA chala ki pet saaf na hone ki wajah h food me fiber ka na hona. Phle main gehu ki roti khata to tha but usme bahut km choker bilkul na k barabar hota tha. It means very low fiber in body.
Jb Maine makki ki roti aur choker wali gehu ki roti khana start Kiya aur lemon juice in hot water morning me lena start Kiya to 1 mahine k ander hi saari problem khatam ho gyi. Daily pet saaf hone lga. No hard stool, no gas, no constipation at all.
Aaj main barpoor choker yukt gehu ki roti aur makke ki roti khata hu. Sath me green vegetables, dal, meat, fish etc. Mera pet ab hamesha healthy rhta h.
Aur mujhe ye bhi maloom chal gya ki jha maine fiber km kiya constipation problem fir start ho jayega.
Seriously, jis pet saaf na hone ki problem ko leker Main long time se pareshan rha, medicine leta rha, body weight ka loss hua, wo sirf mere roti me sufficient choker ( fiber ) na hone ki wajah se.
Meri tarah hi India and world me kai log is problem me ho sakte h. Yhi soch k Maine apna experience share Kiya jisse aap log ko bhi solution mil sake.
Jisme bhi fiber mile wo khaye. Chahe wo fruits ho, vegetables, choker wali gehu ki roti, makka, bajra, jwar etc

Deep breathing and stretching ( especially if you don’t exercise or walk regularly)- helped me a lotttt. Water is important- having warm water with lemon( little honey if u like) on empty stomach morning, is perfect for easy pooing & could save you heartburn & acid reflex if you have IBS like me

I suffered with constipation for years. Would go 2-3 days. On Friday I would do a detox to clean myself. Fast forward I discovered taking probiotics it made me gassy but I noticed a change. Then I discovered green tea with probiotics because I was trying to cut back on coffee. Now I’m regular, sometimes twice a day which hasn’t happened in years! I buy from Walmart green tea with probiotics and ginger.

I struggled with constipation for about 5 years and I'm telling you it was one of the worst experiences of my life and it's not something to joke about like I literally held it in for more than 4 months before. Whenever you thought of a toilet whenever it reaches to your mind throughout the day it made you so anxious, it was a struggle to let it out of your system especially clogging your toilet bowl leading to spend a fortune for a plumber to fix it and it was killing me. I could barely do anything throughout the day without it affecting my body during the day unless I did something. This only occurs when your not exercising enough, hydrated enough and not pooing regularly. Only reason how i dont have the symptom anymore was because luckily food poisoning somehow lead to me pooing regularly and I drank at least a litre daily. If your someone who is going through what I went through make sure your drinking at least a litre of water daily, exercising daily and pooing regularly

Use of Indian style toilet will help in clearing the stool easily. Have a glass of hot water early in the morning.
Have glass of water with 1/2 spoon Jeera nad 1/4 tea spoon Ajwain seeds in hot water .
You can add 1 spoon of psyllium husk in glass of water and drink..
All these will be helpful to overcome constipation.... You can follow above tips one after the other..or each day 1 tip..
