I had my babygirl 3 months ago and what we use the most are burp cloths and receiving blankets to clean up milk and spit up! Also you need saline spray for when they get sick or just congested! They can't have anything else when they're so small! We use the little remedies saline nasal spray, and the saline boogie wipes from Amazon! And a cool mist humidifier is a game changer! Also get some unscented soap and body wash, we use the CeraVe baby wash and lotion! Also get like a small thing of All free & clear laundry detergent just in case your baby's skin is sensitive to fragrances😩 our daughter was and it was scary when she had a reaction to the Dreft laundry detergent ❤️ Amazon has this clear nasal bulb suctioner that comes apart in 2 pieces so you can see when it's dirty and for easy cleaning and drying, it comes with a clear case too! the traditional ones get moldy and you can't tell until it's too late! They also sell a nose picker for boogers that are almost coming out but their nostrils are too small for our fingers and it comes with an ear picker to get the ear wax that's coming out ❤
