Here are some anatomy things i learned
The upperarm(not including the shoulder stuff) and forearm should be roughly the same length
the head should generally be able to fit in the torso
the shoulders should roughly be able to fit two heads
the foot has the same length as the forearm
take these with a grain of salt since these are not really perfectly accurate and of course there are different body types that disobey these but I generally use them when I draw
please feel free to correct me if I made a mistake here, I am still learning, afterall
edit: Someone reminded me(thank you), foreshortening exists, basically, it's perspective when something looks bigger the closer it is to the viewer, this also makes some of the parts invisible or shorter, so take those in mind too.
Remember that these are just general proportion guides, so if you want to use foreshortening, you can simply try to imagine the body parts I talk about as a 3d object and rotate them in your mind, not easy I know, but you can do it.
Don't be afraid to use references, it's not cheating.
You can also trace other's artwork, that's totally fine as long as you don't post it as your own.
Let's all learn together and have fun in our journey and help each other when we need it.

Have you possibly done a tutorial/video about how skin reacts with gravity? I want to make chubbier and muscular characters but the skin and fat tend to be stiff and really static even in dynamic poses. So I was wondering if you had any tips or maybe a tutorial I could look at for reference!! Thanks!
