I sorta hate eating them so i searched up a tutorial.

If you guys didn't know, the seed's skin tends to stick to the fruit.. it's not fun to eat but still, the fruit is sweet.

Get a stone remover to pop out the pip, and then replace it by stuffing a chunk of pineapple in the centre. Grew up on that sort of thing. So much easier to find lychee, nowadays, here, though.

In Indonesia, you can tell if its ripe when the hairs are green only in the end, or if they are not green at all its also ripe. By far, to most countries I've been in, rambutans in Indonesia are the best.
