Today, it’s time to head home. Our flight leaves later this afternoon, and we’ll arrive in Amsterdam on Saturday morning. ✈️ Last night, I took one final stroll down Ocean Drive to say goodbye to this amazing place. As I walked, I felt a deep sense of peace—ready to return home.

For many, January feels like a fresh start. I’ve seen so many people talking about detoxing, quitting smoking, and exercising more (I’m definitely in that last group). After this incredible Miami trip, I’ve decided that the coming weeks will focus on healthy eating and cutting back on sugar. I definitely indulged a little too much here, but hey, that’s what vacations are for, right? 😇

Back home, I’m planning to get back into a healthier routine—at least, that’s the goal! I’ll share a bit about my health journey in my stories for those who find it interesting.

What I’ll miss most is the gorgeous light here in Miami. I’ve seen how dark, gray, and cold it is in the Netherlands right now, and I’ll miss the warmth too because I’m such a summer person. But thankfully, spring is only 78 days away. 🌱I’m hoping for an early one this year—perhaps to make up for last year. ;)
