CHOCOLATE BUTTER COOKIES
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa
1-1/2 cups flour (add 1/4 more if dough seems too sticky but no more than that)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Cream together the butter, maple syrup, honey, vanilla and cocoa together.
Add dry ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly greased pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Dough will seem more sticky because of the maple syrup and honey. Don't over flour it or the cookie loses flavor.
Makes about 2 dozen 2 inch cookies 🍪
Do NOT overbake
