Idiom of Permission šš½šš½š

This a controversy surrounding causative and permissive sense of verbs in the Hebrew language. Dr. Robert Young, it is said, is largely responsible for this view.
While the the Septuagint does not allow for a permissive sense, but directly contributes the cause to God in cases of judgement.
Does the agency of Satan come into view, decidedly that is sometimes the case, but angels also are sent to kill as in the case of Balaam in Num 22:33.
God has said, I kill and I make alive, these actions are both directly attributed to God, the devil does not make alive.
God is no respecter of persons, he is righteous, his ways are not our ways, his thoughts are higher than our thoughts.
God is love, he is also a consuming fire.
