I have a major complaint against 2 of your bus drivers. But I'll only show you a video of 1 driver since I didn't record the other driver.  The both stuck their middle fingers at me.

-Route 11 south bound

-Time 7:50pm / 7:58pm 

-Date: Jan 26,2022

-Description of Driver: Black Male maybe 50 y/o - Jamaican accent or Haitian / Wears a hat

(ACTUAL INCIDENT)
I was standing at the bus stop VERY VISIBLE IN PLAIN SIGHT when he almost passed me by. I had to Flag him down for him to stop. When he stopped, he didn't pull over.  He stayed on the street. I got in and swiped my bus pass and complained that he was purposely going to pass me. He said yes because I didn't have (MY HAND OUT). 

I told him that I disagreed with sticking out my hand. As long as I'm STANDING UP making myself very VISIBLE and wearing a mask at the bus stop then he / she should stop. An argument ensued.  We both had used profanity. When I finally got off the bus at Las Olas and A1A,,, That's when I spoke with the people at the bus stop and told them that they don't ever have to put out their hands while at the bus stop. So he was angry and he stuck his middle finger at me. I asked him to do it again so I can record it.   And sure enough,,, he did it again and I caught it on my phone camera. He needs to be Fired immediately. He was unprofessional and also lied about passengers having to stick out their hands while being 100% VISIBLE at a bus stop.
