In the rush and hurry of modern living we have forgotten or been made to forget that the whole ritual of cooking/ eating has so much to it that fulfils ones senses and soul that by itself its a religion closely connected to our common roots. Planting and harvesting together, cooking and eating together, sharing conversations or laughter was more the norm once, still is i guess. And so what if there is no community everytime? How meditative n playful you make it.
