Ventura: it’s just sad. I graduated from Ventura high in ‘87, around ‘85 my dad and I were living in a van along Rincon, McGrath, upper Ojai, etc. At that time a lot of jobs dried up.

So homes prices have tripled, but retail and office space is empty for the past 12 years. I dont get it. Who owns these empty buildings? Are they ok with paying property taxes, utilities, and upkeep, and losing money?
