β Huberman believes in exercising your body but his idea is pretty simple. He believes your body needs movement daily. Its important to exercise your muscles and get your heart rate up to stay healthy. Even a short brisk walk every morning for a few minutes will do wonders according to Huberman.
β Huberman stresses a lot on getting enough sunlight early in the morning . Sunlight is great for the eyes to wake you and your body up from your slumber.
β limit your intake of processed foods. A diet rich in nutrients and fiber is good for your physical and mental state. Processed foods lack both- nutrition and fiber
β build and strengthen your social connection. You don't need to have a lot of friends to be socially active. Being social is actually great for your mental health since humans are social beings.
