You know, all this crap is going to come crashing down someday. People, including myself, are getting very tired of the big corporate games being played on folks. I believe in an honest day's work, but I do not need the head games and being scrutinized over every little thing because some manager has a stupid personal pet peeve about something that has nothing to do with the job or work in general. Left a full-time job last year because of childish behavior from management towards employees to work for myself and never looked back. It seems like it's all fun and games to some of these so-called management people until you call them on it, then it's not so funny anymore. Not all management people are bad, but I tell you it isn't getting any better out there and I see it spreading like a cancer. I'm 50 years old and haven't the time for BS, so I remove it from my life whenever possible or prudent to do so. Corporate can stick it.

Honestly, I see this as a way that more mistakes will be made out of nervousness, more stomach ulcers will develop from stress, and paranoia will grow tenfold.

Being realistic here, this is likely targeted to the employees they don't like and want to get rid of. Sort of when they want an employee out and suddenly start writing them up for everything you can think of. Except this is even better because it's so technically accurate and without bias.

This is why I'm glad I left the corporate world and returned to blue color work. Any time I feel like I might want to go back, I read or hear this kind of nonsense and quickly change my mind.

I had that once in 2017 when a bloke come to me saying I was not being productive when I was having 7 hours Webex with customers . I told my boss which was furious and deal with the matter. Obviously not stroking a keyboard when you are actively helping customers at the phone.
